Description

Paul is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is responsible for advising TOFA on legal matters and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. Paul is passionate about Law and Governance and believes that they can be used as a tool for sustainable development and effect positive change in the society. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
