George Mugwe Maina has over 20 years hands on experience in microfinace operations, skills in conceptualizing, designing and implementing programs for clients without access to conventional credit. He has successfully steered the profitability and scalability of two of the largest microfinances in Kenya namely Faulu microfinance and SMEP. He is the Founding CEO of Musoni Kenya, the first mobile phone micro finance institution in Africa. He is also the founding CEO of Caritas Microfinance Bank, the first Catholic Church owned bank in Kenya. Currently with Jipay PSL a digital savings mobilization Fintech as a founding director. In Together for Africa Organization, he serves as a board of advisor in charge of guiding the leadership pillar of the Organization through key advice that stems from his various leadership roles form various institutions in the last 20 years.
